There are solutions that require or allow for a new design. Some can be done between the client and contractor. We have done consulting and performed design changes for clients to create a proper custom solution.
Other solutions will need to be professionally worked out by a structural engineer and/or architect. We can work with the professionals of your choice or recommend the ones we’ve worked with in the past.
