St. Augustine, South St. Paul, MN

This project involved the removal and replacement of about two thousand two hundred brick from the front face of the church building and the sides. This included many brick in the dental work under the stone cap and around the decorative stone “coins” running up and down the rake of the roof line.

A drip edge was installed under the stone caps to prevent future water damage.

Several stone in the side pilasters needed to be fabricated from new limestone and replaced due to cracking. Many brick in the pilasters themselves were also replaced.
