St. Agnes, St. Paul, MN

The St. Agnes bell tower project involved the replacement of the entire balustrade on all four sides at the belfry level. The top and bottom rail of the balustrade railing was removed and replaced, while the individual ballasts were all badly damaged and needed to be torn out. New ballasts were lathed out of Indiana limestone and placed. There were also seven pieces of broken limestone in the wall that were removed and replaced.

A brick grotto with brick arch and half dome was built to house the statue of St. Agnes as well.
