Buildings need to be physically modified for different reasons.
Codes change, for example, a railing wall height needs to be adjusted or a new building requirements may necessitate things like ventilation openings.
Masonry that has been deconstructed over the years can be brought back to the original as well. Sometimes simply for aesthetics, we have done modifications.
